A Bedfordview based Clinical Psychologist
I am a Clinical Psychologist currently based in Bedfordview, registered with Health Professions of South Africa (HPCSA) as an independent Clinical Psychologist. I have more than 10 years experience in the health industry.
My focus is to assist clients to gain insight into their life challenges in order to facilitate healing, growth and positive changes in their lives with the purpose of promoting optimal quality of life.
I work in collaboration with other health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care and treatment for client.
I believe that there is no universal approach to therapy.
I tailor high quality sessions specifically for each client to reflect his or her individual personality and needs.
Qualifications
I obtained my Masters of Science in Clinical Psychology at Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences University.
I then completed my internship at the Chris Hani Baragwanath and Tara H Moross Psychiatric Hospital. I gained extensive experience with regards to working with children, adolescents and adults in and out-patients. I then completed my Community service at the Helen Joseph Hospital wherein I gained extensive experience with regards to adults in and out-patients with various psychiatric and psychological challenges.
